Terms and Conditions

Thank you for taking the time to review the Terms & Conditions of trading with Phoenix Frames.

Order Process:

Orders may be placed by either –

1) The Contact Us page on our website by listing your needs in the Comments Box

2) By Phone: (03) 8787 7888 during our business hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

3) Directly to Mark on his mobile or email as listed on his business card

There is no Minimum Order requirement.  Orders are processed upon receipt and are ready for dispatch within 2-3 days of receiving; subject to product availability.  Should any item be unavailable at the time of ordering, we will contact you to ascertain if another size or style is required.  Alternatively, the unavailable item may be placed on back order at your request. We will check prior to shipping any back-ordered items to see if anything further is required at that time.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation of any Order cannot be accepted once the goods have been dispatched.

Pricing:

All prices on our Price List are exclusive of GST and we reserve the right to amend when necessary.  Prices shown include fitted Bevelled Mirror for all frames (unless otherwise stated – see small oval ornate frames come fitted with plain mirror).

Payments:

Payments are to be made via EFT on Proforma Invoice as per details supplied on the invoice, with goods dispatched upon payment receipt.  Once an Annual spend of $1,000.00 has been achieved a 30 day Trading account will be made available, subject to approval by Phoenix Frames Pty Ltd.  Should the 30 day Trading period be exceeded, said account will be withdrawn and goods will thereafter only be supplied on  payment of Proforma Invoice.

Shipping:

Costs of shipping as agreed at the time of placement of order are to be borne by you, the purchaser/account holder. Phoenix Frames commits to ensuring shipping costs are kept as economical as possible for the purchaser at all times.  Shipping times vary depending on the delivery points involved. If required, an indication of expected delivery time can be advised at time of order confirmation.

Claims:

All orders must be inspected within 7 days of receipt and any issues concerning the supply of the product or damage during transit must be advised to Phoenix Frames immediately.  Any claim for any fault or damage will not be considered if advised outside this time period.

Phoenix Frames Website and it’s content, is protected by international copyright laws.  As such the Phoenix Frames website, it’s content, including images, logos and text may not be duplicated, copied or reproduced without written consent from Phoenix Frames Pty Ltd.
